Our primary service area covers Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Kerava, Järvenpää, Tuusula, Nurmijärvi, and Sipoo. However, we are more than happy to travel anywhere as long as travel costs are agreed upon in advance! Furthermore, remote support is available everywhere across Finland immediately.
Then you don't pay anything. We have a fair "No fix, no fee" guarantee: if the problem isn't resolved, you won't be charged.
You only pay after the work is done and everything is functioning properly. You can pay by card or invoice (sent by email or paper mail to your home) with a 14-day payment term.
Remote support is completely safe. The connection is one-time only, you see everything that happens on your screen in real time, and the connection terminates immediately once you close the software.
You receive an itemized invoice where the labor cost is clearly separated. You simply enter that sum in OmaVero and get 35% of the labor cost credited in your taxes.
Yes! Under Finnish tax rules, you can claim the 35% household tax deduction when ordering and paying for IT work done in your or your spouse's parents' or grandparents' home. We provide a pre-itemized invoice directly to you for OmaVero.
Appointments are usually available for the same or next business day in Espoo and across the Uusimaa region.

We never leave a job unfinished or add surprise charges. Remote support has a base fee of €29 / 30 min (additional time €14 / starting 15 min), and home visits start at €59 / 1st hour (additional time €15 / starting 15 min, or ~€9.75 with the 35% tax deduction). Our specialist always informs you well before the initial time runs out if the issue requires extra time, and we always agree on the continuation with you beforehand. The clock never ticks without your knowledge.
